Winter is coming: Brew this masala tea to enjoy the season

The winter is on our doorstep. When the icy winds keep you indoors, warm yourself up by making some amazing spicy drinks without much sweat at your home. Masala tea is one of the best options to ooze energy to your body. You can also drink it if down with fever or flu. It can be made easily at your home too. Here's how to go about it.

Ingredients
¾ cup water
1¼ cup milk
6-8 cardamom pods
1½-2 cardamom pieces
2 cloves
1½-2 pieces ginger
2 tsp tea powder
2 tsp sugar

Preparation
Boil water in a saucepan
Add crushed spice mix when the water begins boiling
When the spices begin releasing the flavour, add the tea powder
Add milk and boil well
Now add sugar and boil until the sugar dissolves
Turn off the flame and pass the tea through a sieve
Enjoy the refreshing masala chai
