Make healthy and creamy oil-free mayonnaise easily at home

Mayonnaise is one of the most popular yet often criticized food items. It is frequently condemned for using raw eggs as a main ingredient. Additionally, a large amount of oil is typically added, making traditional mayonnaise considered unhealthy. However, its great taste with a variety of dishes keeps it a favourite. 100 gm paneer
25-30 cashews (soaked)
1 garlic clove
5-7 peppercorns
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
Juice of one lime
1/3 cup milk

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer jar
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl
Serve this creamy oil-free mayo as a spread or dip.
