Ingredients
Wheat flour
2 tbsp flax seed powder
2 tbsp water
½ tsp salt

Preparation
Add flax seed powder to your wheat flour and knead into a soft dough with saltwater
Roll out and cook the chapathis until golden

Preparation
Toast flax seeds in a pan while sprinkling saltwater. Keep stirring until the seeds pop (about 6–7 minutes). Let them cool and store in an airtight jar. Sprinkle them over salads, yogurt, or smoothies for added crunch.

4. Flax seeds almond ladoos
Satisfy your sweet tooth while staying healthy with flax seed ladoos.

Ingredients
1 cup flax seeds
3/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1 cup organic jaggery powder
3 tsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder

Preparation
In a wide-bottomed pan, dry roast the white and black sesame seeds until they start to pop. Transfer to a plate
Similarly, dry roast the flax seeds until they begin to pop. Transfer to the same plate
Dry roast the almonds until slightly browned. Avoid burning
Once cooled, coarsely grind the roasted almonds and transfer to a mixing bowl

Coarsely grind the roasted sesame seeds and flax seeds, then add to the mixing bowl with almonds
Mix well
In the same pan, heat the ghee and add the organic jaggery powder. Stir until the jaggery melts completely
Add the blended mixture of almonds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds to the melted jaggery and ghee
Mix thoroughly and turn off the heat
Allow the mixture to cool for about 7 minutes. Grease your palms and shape small portions into round ladoos
Place the ladoos in an airtight container. For extended freshness, especially in humid climates, store them in the refrigerator.
