Kollam: The autopsy of Anita Benans (25), who was found dead in her Toronto residence, was completed on Thursday. Her family is awaiting the report to begin the process of repatriating her body. Her cousin has reached Toronto, sources told Onmanorama.

Anita, a native of Eravipuram, was found in the bathroom by her housemates on Tuesday afternoon. Police shifted the body to a hospital soon after. She was employed at a bank in Canada after completing her post-graduation in Business Management. 

Her parents are Benans, a Gulf returnee, and Rajani, a homemaker from Antony Villa, Panamoodu Chanakkazhikam. She has a younger brother studying in Class 11.
