Panakkad Sadiq Ali Shihab Thangal to attend convergence of religious institutions at Aluva

Malappuram: Panakkad Sadiq Ali Shihab Thangal will be the chief guest at an interfaith student convergence to be held on August 16 at the Aluva Asharul Campus. The event will bring together students from three religious institutions--Brahmavidyalayam, the Seminary, and the Arabic College, each representing a different faith tradition.
As part of the preparations, office-bearers of the Aluva Sabarmati Souhrida Vedi visited Panakkad Sadiq Ali Shihab Thangal on Thursday . Following the visit, Swami Dharmachaitanya, head of the Aluva Advaitha Ashram, said the event will serve as a platform for interaction among scholars from diverse religious backgrounds, individuals poised to lead society in the future. Such exchanges, he noted, are essential for reinforcing secular and democratic values in society.
The visiting team included Faizal Ashari, Imam of the Ernakulam Grand Masjid, along with Sabarmati Vedi office-bearers Vishwanathan, T S Shaju, and Azhar trustee T A Abbas.
Muslim League All India General Secretary PK Kunhalikutty, State Secretary Muhammad Shah, and MSF All India President P V Ahammed Saju also took part in the meeting.
