“Sleep, eat and go shopping”, is what actress Aishwarya Lekshmi does when she's free for she considers these three things makes her prettier and energetic. The actress, whose latest film 'Vijay Superum Pournamiyum' has received positive reviews to add to the success of 'Mayaanadhi' and 'Varathan', credits sheer luck for reaching till this point in her acting career.

“I am quite a lazy person,” she laughs away.

A photoshoot changed Aishwarya's life forever and since then there has been no looking back for the doctor-turned actress. “During my MBBS second year, a friend of mine who was obsessed with photography asked me to pose for a few pics. It was during that time that Vanitha magazine needed a model for their saree fashion page and my friend sent those photos and surprisingly all four of the pics which he had sent appeared in it,” she said.

Whatever Aishwarya does, she does it with elan and states confidence is what matters most. “See, you dress up when you are confident. I think be it any outfit, the confidence with which you carry is the fact behind it,” she said.

Aishwarya, who looked gorgeous in 'Varathan' and 'Vijay Superum Pournamiyum', credits everything to costume designer Stephy Zaviour for making it appealing to the audience gelling it well with the movie setting.

“White is my favourite colour and I would pick casuals as handy. The outfits which I choose depend on the occasions.” Striped, floral or plain coloured is how she's usually spotted in movies and even for film promotions.
