Attending the opening night of Phantom of the Opera at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai, Nita was seen in a brown silk sari with jewelled lining. A diamond stud enhanced her grace, however, it was luxury brand Patek Philippe's diamond-encrusted watch that made her the cynosure of eyes at the event. The price of the watch is a whopping $4,28,450 (Around Rs 3.72 crore).

The watch as per the official website of Patek Philippe, is a 'new alliance between elegant sports design and Haute Joaillerie in a ladies’ Nautilus watch adorned with 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53 cts) and 876 emeralds (3.68 cts), with a snow-set case, bezel and bracelet.'

The watch, featuring hands, Arabic numerals with a luminescent coating and hour markers has a rose gold case that houses a self-winding calibre. It is visible through a transparent sapphire crystal caseback. The watch has a mechanical self-winding movement with a calibre of 26-330 S C/435, date aperture and centre seconds.

The dial features applied gold indexes and numerals with luminescent coating. Meanwhile, the 18-carat rose gold case and bracelet, with 2,364 diamonds weighing 11.63 carats is the highlight of the rose gold-tone diamond set.
