This house at Morayur, Malappuram has been designed in such a way to keep a lot of space in the interior. This lets in ample amount of natural light and air.

The exterior is designed in a combination of traditional and contemporary styles. Clay tiles are clad on the roof which is built in many slopes.

This 3600 sqft house has living and dining areas, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. The pillars in the car porch are decorated with stone claddings.

The interior is designed in the white and walnut colored theme. There is a foyer space as soon as we enter the main hall, and there is an adjacent courtyard too. Pergola in double height has been done to let in lots of natural light. Shiny pebbles are paved in the courtyard which adds to the charm of the space.

White marble is paved on the floor, and wooden flooring is done to separate the spaces. The TV area also acts as a partition between the living and dining areas. The furnishing is done in plywood- veneer finish.

The dining area is in double height, and 8 people can be comfortably seated at the dining table. The railings of the stairway have a unique design made in wood and glass. The living area is close to the stair way. There is a study area on the first storey.

All the 4 bedrooms are designed in such a way that they are nicely ventilated. Wall to ceiling wardrobes are arranged in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen is spacious, with a small breakfast counter. There is crockery shelf near it, and artificial marble is paved on the cooking top.

The front courtyard is beautified by landscaping. The colors of the exterior are repeated on the boundary wall as well. This elegant house has been designed to cater to the needs and demands of the owner and his family.
