An amazing home in Tirur that is perfect as its name suggests

The brand new house owned by Prasant at his hometown in Tirur stands regally in a sprawling 1-acre of land. This elegant house, named 'Hridyam' meaning hearty, stays absolutely true to the name. Though the house looks incredibly vast and luxurious from the outside, it follows the theme of minimalism. Truss work is installed over the flat roof. There is a vacuum space in between which pushes out hot air and keeps the interiors comfortable.

The interior spaces are arranged following the open style. The roof, in double height, in the formal living area makes it look amazingly vast and spacious. The structure is built by leaving lots of space in the front which helps us enjoy the regal beauty of the house in all its glory. The spacious front yard is paved with natural stones. An outhouse and a parking area too have been arranged here, which follow the same design as the house.

There is a car porch, sit-out, living and dining area, kitchen and four bedrooms in this majestic mansion which has an area of 3000 sq ft.

The TV area and a couch are arranged just beside the entrance door. The spiral stairway crafted in wood is one of the most stunning features of the interiors. Not just the handrails but the steps are also made in elegant timber.

Marble is paved on the floor in the lower storey while vitrified tiles are used on the upper floor. Meanwhile, wooden flooring dons the bedrooms. False ceiling in CNC cutting are installed in the bedrooms and the dining area.

A bench is arranged on one side of the dining table which helps save space. An entire wall in the dining area is lined with windows which light up the interiors with natural sunshine and fills the spaces with cool air.

Full length wardrobes are arranged in all the bedrooms that are bath attached. Bay windows too are arranged here to make the room cozier and pleasant.

The kitchen cabinets are done in marine plywood. Granite is paved on the counter top. A small breakfast table and an adjacent work area complete the kitchen.

Most of the trees that stood in the plot have been retained to make a canopy of greenery around the house.

This house is comfortable, elegant and is surrounded with lush greenery. The guests too are enchanted by the warmth and elegance of this amazing abode.
