Kozhikode flat basks in exuberance after spectacular facelift

Sreejith and Dayana, a doctor couple, who run an Ayurvedic clinic at Koduvalli had bought a brand new flat at Thodayad, in Kozhikode district, Kerala, as a safe investment. However, the flat recently underwent a facelift as the family decided to move in here.

The beautiful flat, designed in 1650 sq ft area, has a formal living area, dining space, kitchen and three bedrooms. The interiors designed in the minimal style exude positive vibes. The lighter shades of hues don the walls which make the spaces look vaster. The false ceiling and lighting add to the overall look of the flat. Most of the furniture is custom made in teak wood and mahogany.

The TV unit is installed in the living area itself. The pooja unit, meanwhile acts as a partition element as well. The dining table is designed based on the bench concept. The table is made by fixing nano white on a plywood frame. Brick claddings highlight the wash area. Imported hanging lights adorn this area.

The bedrooms are separated into the master bedroom, guest room and the kids room. The bath-attached bedrooms have in–built wardrobes and dressing spaces. The rooms are decorated minimally which lent a classy elegance to them.

The modular kitchen is furnished in plywood with laminate finish. Meanwhile, the counter top is paved with nano white.

The family is thrilled to welcome the guests to their spectacular flat, to celebrate the house warming ceremony in style.
