Businessman Hakkeem’s brand new fusion house at Munduparambu in Malappuram, Kerala has already become the talk of the town for its spectacular features. The perfect fusion of the contemporary and the modern architectural styles is truly fabulous. Designer Asar Juman had taken up this project when the construction of the structure was almost over. The combination of the slope and flat roof grants trendy look to the elevation.
Designed in 2700 sqft, this amazing abode has a sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen with an adjacent work area, four bedrooms, upper living area, balcony and an open terrace.
The entrance door opens to the elegant formal living area that is designed in double height. A wall here is highlighted using attractive wall paper. Meanwhile, wooden finish tiles have been paved on the floor. The custom made furniture pieces blends well with the general theme of the house. The flooring in the common areas has been done using vitrified tiles. Gypsum false ceiling and the LED light fittings gives a pleasant ambience to the interiors.
The open hall is vaster and extremely spacious. The dining area, family living area and the stair area too are part of this open hall. The family living area, meanwhile, has been separated using a CNC semi partition.
The simple dining table can accommodate up to six guests. The wash area has been arranged close to a wall here.
Two bedrooms each are arranged in both the floors. The rooms have attached bathrooms and full length wardrobes for storage.
The kitchen has been furnished in aluminum fabrication. In – built fridge and oven spaces is a smart feature that saves spaces in kitchen.
The tastefully done landscape has lush green lawns and beautiful gardens. The guests too gush about the incredible experience that they enjoy at this fusion house.
