Shibu and his family, who hails from Neyyatinkara in Kerala were determined to overcome the challenges posed by the uneven plot to build their dream abode. It was quite a task setting up the plot and raising it to the level of the road. Interestingly, this house dons different looks as roads run on both sides of the house.
The elevation features the flat box style to make the structure as space-efficient as possible in the rectangular plot. The beautiful claddings, graceful profile lighting and the pergola on the balcony add a glamorous touch to the exteriors. The compound wall is intended only to separate the plot; so it is done minimally and is short too.
Designed in 3566 sqft, this amazing abode has a sit-out, living and dining areas, kitchen with an adjacent work area and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Meanwhile, there is an upper living area, two more bedrooms and a balcony in the upper floor. The upper living area could be turned into a chic home theatre too. A basement floor has been arranged where the soil is taken to level the plot. This area is used for parking and as a storage space too.
The gate features eye-catching CNC cutting designs done of fudermax panels. The eyes would be instantly drawn to the grand elegance of gypsum false ceiling, beautiful LED light fittings and spectacular CNC designs in the formal living area as soon as the entrance door is opened.
The wash area is arranged beneath the stairway to make the interiors space-efficient. Artificial grass is paved on the floor here. The hand railings, meanwhile, is made using stainless steel which complements the compact design of the stairway. The semi-circular skylight above the stairway brings in lots of golden sunshine, illuminating the interiors with natural sunlight. A pergola has been arranged in the balcony too. A tall bamboo tree that raises its head out of this pergola is an interesting sight here.
The bedrooms are furnished amazingly and boast of all the modern facilities. The bath attached bedrooms have wardrobes for storage. Designer false ceiling, LED light fitting and charming highlighter shades on the walls add a graceful ambience to the bedrooms.
The kitchen cupboards are made using UPVC with PU paint finish. The countertop, meanwhile, is paved with granite. An adjacent work area completes the spacious kitchen space.
Those who travel through the roads on both sides are amazed by the splendid design of the house and are intrigued by its unique looks. The family, meanwhile, is happy and proud that they got the house of their dreams.
