This brand new house is nothing like the contemporary homes that are usually seen here. The elevation resembles the modern and luxurious dwellings that are commonly seen in the Gulf countries where the family reside. Shakkeer who had been drawn to such fabulous designs was inspired to adopt it while building his own house in Kerala.
This grand three storey mansion that stands in 17 cents is sprawled in an area of 7000 sqft. The fabulous features and the modern amenities make it look and feel like a luxury resort. The unique stone claddings are the highlight of the elevation. There is a car porch, sit out, formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen with a work area and five bedrooms in this mesmerizing abode.
The interiors stand out for its overwhelming luxuries and mind blowing designer elements. The remarkable elegance of Italian marble adds a unique charm to the interiors. The spaces are adorned with exquisite pieces of furniture that are imported. Meanwhile, imported hanging lights, curtains, curios and other décor transform the interiors into a wonderland of opulence and comfort.
The entrance door opens to the majestically furnished formally living area. A wall here is highlighted with stone cladding and is enhanced with a chic water fountain too. Meanwhile, the magnificent chandelier is the perfect addition that transforms this area into a deluxe spot. From here, one could enter the spacious hall where the family living area, dining space and the stair way are arranged. The cozy family living area is arranged beneath the regal stairway. An expensive TV unit too has been installed here. The courtyard that is designed in double height is a swanky space that oozes charm and radiance. The pergola skylight brings ample sunshine into the house, illuminating the plush interiors in natural sunshine. This area is tastefully decorated with indoor plants adding a hint of greenery.
The dining area is in the center of the spacious hall. Beautiful imported furniture here is truly eye catching. The soothing view of the greenery in the courtyard could be enjoyed from the dining area.
There are two bedrooms each in the ground floor and the first floor. Meanwhile, there is one more bedroom in the second floor. The bedrooms are specially designed to suit the tastes and needs of the family members. Brilliant shades of hues add a pop of color in these elegantly furnished bedrooms. The bath attached bedrooms have in – built wardrobes for storage and separate dressing spaces too.
The well furnished kitchen boasts of all the modern facilities. Lots of cupboards, done in multi wood with PU finish, line the walls of the island kitchen.
The family was a bit disappointed that they couldn’t design the landscape as lavishly as they had wished due to spatial limitations. However, they have made up for this by making the interiors luxurious and unique. There is a special garden that is paved with artificial grass and a swimming pool on the second floor.
The owner of this palatial mansion wanted his dream dwelling to exude the regal ambience of a premium resort. The family is joyous and proud that their majestic mansion has become the talk of the town for its splendid features and luxurious facilities.
