Contemporary Kondotty house impresses with stunning features

The elevation features a chic, box-style design.

Anwar, an expatriate is thrilled to show around his brand new house at his hometown in Kondotty in Malappuarm. The family wanted a contemporary abode that has four bedrooms. The structure has been built by retaining the natural layout of the plot that is a few feet above the road level.

The elevation features a chic, box-style design. Classy wooden tiles highlight the amazing features of the exteriors. Meanwhile, Bengaluru stones have been paved on the front yard.

Designed in 2966 sqft, this amazing abode has a car porch, sit out, formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen with an adjacent work area and four bedrooms. Interestingly, there are sit-outs in both the front and the backside of the house. The skylight ceiling in the sit-outs illuminates these areas with golden sunshine.

Vitrified tiles have been paved on the floor. The custom-made furniture pieces fabulously complement the general theme of the house. The family living area, dining space and the stair area are part of the spacious hall that has a double-height ceiling. A study area has been arranged beneath the stairway to save space. The hand railings of the stairway, meanwhile, are done in MS.

There are two bedrooms each on both the floors. The bath attached bedrooms have in-built wardrobes for storage. The modern kitchen has cupboards and cabinets made in plywood with an acrylic finish. Meanwhile, the countertop has been paved with granite.

The family feels proud and happy when the guests congratulate them for building such a beautiful abode that boasts of all the modern amenities.
