Sameer’s brand–new house at Kuttiady in Kozhikode, Kerala stands out for its simple yet elegant designs and amazing amenities. The elevation features the chic style of contemporary architecture. A fabulous blend of flat, slope and curve roofs add a unique charm to the elevation of the house.
Meanwhile, classy stone claddings are used as highlights here. Polycarbonate sheet and glass have been used to design the balcony. An oval-shaped design feature is done with cement plastering texture and glass, on the outer wall, instantly draws attention. Interestingly, natural sunshine enters the house abundantly through this designer element.

Designed in 3000 sqft, this splendid abode has a car porch, sit out, living and dining areas, kitchen with an adjacent work area, three bedrooms, upper living area and a spacious balcony too.
The interiors have been designed in the semi open style to ensure good communication between the spaces. The serene charm of the white hue dons the interior walls. This too helps in making the spaces look and feel vaster. The custom - made furniture perfectly suits the general theme of the house. Meanwhile, the grand elegance of Italian marble and tiles make the flooring works perfect. The furnishing, done in plywood – veneer, is minimal and beautiful.
The entrance door opens to the spacious living area that has a double height ceiling. This area acts as a connecting space between both the floors. Moreover, this feature allows an elaborate over view of the interiors. The ‘’L’ shaped couch in artificial lather is the most attractive feature here.
Customised white marble-topped dining table and matching chairs have been arranged in the dining area. A wall here is highlighted with brick textured cladding, adding a rustic charm to the area.
Wooden planks have been paved on industrial GI structure to design the stairway. The hand railings, meanwhile, feature the classy combination of wood and glass.
The stairway leads to a well-designed upper living area. A cream-coloured ‘L’ shaped couch has been arranged here.
Two bedrooms each are arranged in both the floors. The bedrooms have a wooden ceiling in unique designs. The bath attached rooms have inbuilt wardrobes and separate dressing spaces too.
The kitchen is simple and has all the required facilities. The cabinets are done in plywood with mica finish. The countertop, meanwhile, has been paved with nano white. A quaint breakfast counter too has been arranged as part of the kitchen area.
This is a fine example of a beautiful house that boasts of classy designs and amenities without any over-the-top design gimmicks or luxury additions.
