Chic and stylish, this contemporary Malappuram house has surprises galore

The beautiful elevation in amazing geometrical patterns is the highlight of Lukman’s brand new house at Kulapparambu in Malappuram. Interestingly, it dons unique looks in the morning and in the evening. The owner proudly reveals that the magic of smart lighting is the secret behind this.

The rectangular box pattern on the elevation instantly grabs attention. The jali wall with CNC cut works done on weathering sheet is a spectacular designer element. This grants a rustic feel to the exteriors. Besides, there is no need to paint or polish it. Concealed LED lights are fitted behind this wall to add more dimension.

The two sturdy hard rock walls on both sides of the entrance area are unmissable. There is a swimming pool ‘hiding’ behind one of these walls. The walls not only act as designer elements, but ensures privacy in the pool area too. Meanwhile, the other wall is in front of the formal living area. The formal living area has glass walls; so, the rock wall is the perfect addition here.

The car porch is on the side of the house. Besides this, there is another car porch, built away from the structure, in the detached style.

The aesthetically designed interiors have many eye catching décor and design elements. The custom made furniture gels well with the general theme of the house. The fabulous blend of wooden tiles and vitrified tiles add an elegant charm to the interiors.

The entrance door opens to the formal living area. The wooden panelling on the TV wall extends to the ceiling and continues until the opposite wall. The chic style of the customized furniture is the highlight here.

The formal living area is smartly separated from to ensure privacy. The brown coloured highlighter wall in mica finish never fails to attract attention. Moreover, the Arabic calligraphy add a regal charm too.

The dining area is spacious with a double height ceiling. Grilles have been installed on the double height glass wall in the upper floor to ensure safety. There is a sliding glass door in the dining area that opens to the car porch. Sitting spaces too have been arranged in the sit out.

The green courtyard beneath the stairway brings a hint of greenery into the house. The hand railings, meanwhile, have been done by covering wooden sheet on MS pipes. The steps too are done in wooden finish to complete the fabulous look of the stairway.

Two bedrooms each have been arranged in both the floors. The bedrooms are designed in unique colour themes. Meanwhile, the head side walls are highlighted with attractive designs and patterns. The bath attached bedrooms have wardrobes and separate study areas.

The modern kitchen is chic and boasts of all the facilities. Interestingly, the main kitchen is furnished in multi wood and PU finish. Meanwhile, the adjacent work area is done in plywood with mica finish. A breakfast counter too has been arranged as part of the spacious kitchen.

The breath taking landscaping perfectly complements the majestic elevation of the house. Tandoor stones have been paved on the drive way.
