The courtyard has been designed as an amazing spot that is in perfect harmony with nature. The natural light that comes in through the open ceiling illuminates the interior spaces. Moreover, the calming views of the green courtyard could be enjoyed from the upper floor.
Interestingly, the interior spaces are designed around the courtyard which has a double-height ceiling. The common areas like the living spaces and the dining hall face the beautiful courtyard. Indoor bamboo plants have been mostly used to decorate the courtyard.
The ground floor has a sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, two bedrooms and a kitchen with a work area. Meanwhile, there are three bedrooms, a living area and an open balcony on the upper floor. The elegant mansion that sprawls in 4200 sqft boasts of all the modern amenities and chic designer features. A corridor is what connects the common spaces in the interiors.
The interior areas are designed as multi–utility spaces to suit the modern lifestyle of the family members.
Different types of furnishing materials have been used in this house. Materials like wood, glass, COR -TEN sheet and cement tiles that have unique textures and looks add a spectacular ambience to the interiors.
The bedrooms are space efficient and are customized as per the interests of the family members. For instance, the kids’ bedroom in the upper floor has sliding glass doors instead of cement walls. These glass doors could be opened to transform the room into a spacious area that faces the courtyard.
The family says that their amazing abode is a green haven, in the middle of the buzzing city. Those who visit the house too are impressed by the excellent space execution and simple yet classy designer elements.
