Najeeb's brand-new dwelling at the scintillating countryside of Vylathoor near Tirur stands out for its minimal style and modern amenities. The contemporary box-style elevation looks simple yet chic. The house stands in the centre of a 40-cents plot allowing ample space in the front and the back yards.

Designed in 3000 sqft, this mansion has a car porch, sit-out, formal and family living areas, dining space, kitchen with a work area and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Meanwhile, the upper floor has two more bedrooms and an open terrace.

The entrance door opens to the modishly furnished formal living area. Custom-made furniture pieces that exude classy elegance are the highlights of the living area.

There is no wastage of space as the interiors have been smartly designed to ensure space efficiently. Interestingly, the family living area is cosily tucked underneath the stair area.

The dining area with a double-height ceiling is incredibly spacious. The nano-white table top adds a classy sheen to the furniture. Meanwhile, the walls here are lined with double-height windows to let in sunshine. The automated curtain fittings are an interesting feature here. The sliding glass door could be opened to the courtyard which is a haven of greenery.

There are two bedrooms each on both floors. The leather upholstery and the Roman blinds on the headboards are classic design elements. Meanwhile, the bay windows in the bedrooms are practical additions it adds a unique charm. The windows are mostly done in UPVC instead of timber.
