A lavish bungalow worth Rs 250 crore in Bandra, Mumbai, will now have a 1.5-year-old star kid as one of its owners. Star couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are planning to name the bungalow after their daughter Raha, a report in Economic Times citing Bollywood Life, said.

The little angel will thus become the richest celebrity kid, owning a house which is costlier than Amitabh Bachan's 'Jalsa' or Shah Rukh's 'Mannat'.

Originally owned by legendary actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna, the house named Krishna Raj is undergoing renovation. Both Alia and Ranbir are investing in transforming the abode into their dream mansion. Reports say that the Kapoor family will move into the new house once it's completed. Currently, Ranbir, Alia and Raha live in the house named Vastu in Mumbai.

Neetu Kapoor and the late Rishi Kapoor owned the Krishna Raj bungalow in 1980. At present, Ranbir and Alia together own four flats in Bandra, which are cumulatively worth around Rs 80 crore.

The weddings of two generations of Kapoor family were held in Krishna Raj Bungalow. The family decided to renovate the 8-storey building after Ranbir's marriage. A slew of facilities are being planned here for entertainment and pastime. There is a special spot arranged in memory of Rishi Kapoor in the house.

Rishi Kapoor had identified his wife Neetu as the co-owner of all his properties. So, she too will be sharing the ownership of the renovated Krishna Raj bungalow.
