The cool breeze that embraces the nearby coconut orchard and the verdant paddy fields fills the interiors with a pleasant ambience. The family is delighted that they are able to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of nature from the cosiness of their home.
They wanted their dream abode to stand out even while staying true to the latest trend. The spaces have been designed in a way to make maintenance easier as the family doesn’t live here permanently.
The elevation features the modern contemporary box style pattern. The exteriors have been designed as a canvas where designer patterns and colour palettes complement each other. Box projection and textures are used to add more definition to the contemporary design of the elevation. The luxurious mansion designed in a 3800 sqft area has a car porch, sit-out, formal and family living area, dining space, kitchen with work area, three bedrooms and a multi-utility area.
The interiors are designed in a semi-open style. This makes the spaces look and feel vaster. Moreover, the spaces are filled with natural sunshine and soothing breeze too. Even though the house is quite big there are only three bedrooms in order to ensure plenty of air circulation inside the house.
The entrance door opens to the spacious hall where the formal living area and the dining space are arranged. The formal living area with double-height ceiling has a wall highlighted with classy veneer and mirror panelling.
The family living area is the most vibrant spot in the house. Here, you could relax on the couch while watching the TV. Meanwhile, the TV wall is highlighted with a laminate finish. The classic couch set completes the family living area while the huge window on the side invites oodles of cool breeze into the house.
The dining area and the kitchen are designed in an open-theme. The Italian marble-topped dining table is the centre-piece of the spacious dining area. The mirror ceiling adds to the scintillating ambience of this area.
The family preferred a simple and minimal kitchen as they do not live here permanently. The island kitchen is compact and has everything within the hand’s reach. The cabinets are done in laminate finish while the countertop is paved with tiles.
The bedrooms are designed in unique themes with the head side walls featuring splendid design elements. The rooms have walk-in wardrobes and attached bathrooms too.
