It features a car porch, sit-out, living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area. The total cost of construction, including structure, walls, and well, was 26 lakhs, and furnishings added another 3 lakhs, bringing the total cost to 29 lakhs.

The elevation of the house is contemporary box-shaped, designed to suit the narrow and long plot. The front is enhanced with cladding tiles. The house is painted in a white theme. Although it's a single-story house, there's potential for future expansion upwards depending on financial availability.
