This fabulous mansion that dons the classy elements of European architecture, is surrounded by lush tea plantations, dreamy mists and scintillating nature. The house sprawls in a 30-cent land and is secured by majestic compound walls designed in the colonial style. The grill work on the compound wall ensures that the views of the house aren’t blocked. Besides, the white paint finish perfectly complements the surrounding greenery.

The multi-layered roof of the house is paved with shingles. The house also has a chimney which is a classic element of European homes. The groove wall painted in white exudes the chic elegance of colonial architecture.

Although the house looks like a single-storey structure from the outside, it has a basement floor where the parking area is arranged. The verdant lawns paved with fresh pearl grass and the stone-paved walkway make the landscape as beautiful as the house.

Designed in 3650 sqft, this majestic mansion has a sit-out, living area, dining space, kitchen with a work area, three bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, patio and courtyard. The interiors are designed in the open theme to make the spaces feel vaster.

The furniture pieces, colour theme and the ceiling work in the interiors too match the European theme of the house. Meanwhile, wooden planks are paved on the floor to add a rustic charm.

The living space is adjacent to the entrance area where the TV unit is installed. A wall enhanced with fluted panelling acts as a designer element that ensures privacy here. The custom-made furniture pieces are crafted in high-quality timber.

The sliding-folding door opens to the patio that has been turned into a cosy family area. Lots of French windows line the wall here to bring in natural sunshine and charming views of the garden.

The mini courtyard opposite the living area is adorned with indoor plants and a hanging cot. Besides, in-built sitting space too has been arranged here. This is a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying a hearty chat.

The dining table is a huge unit that can accommodate up to ten persons. Meanwhile, the white table top strikes a perfect contrast against the colour theme of this area.

Besides, concreting, plastering and paving the shingles got delayed due to the thick mist and windy weather in the area. Moreover, transporting the construction materials to the plot wasn’t easy as the terrain is quite rough. This beautiful mansion, named Bathel, has been completed by overcoming these challenges and difficulties through smart and efficient execution of the plan.
