The structure spans 2900 square feet on a 10-cent plot. Brick-stone cladding and textured paintwork are the highlights of the exterior. The automated gate's design complements the house's exterior, opening to reveal a lush landscape featuring Bangalore stone and pearl grass.

Since Satheesh and his family live abroad, an automated irrigation system has been incorporated into the landscaping, allowing them to control it remotely. The car porch is constructed using tensile fabric material, a common sight in foreign countries.

From the modern sit-out, the main door opens to a prayer space. The living area is adjacent to the main door, furnished to match the house's interior. The dining area seats six and opens to a courtyard, adding a unique touch with its greenery. Considering the future difficulty of the homeowners climbing stairs to the upper floor, a lift has been installed next to the dining area.

The entire house features automated switches and lights, controllable remotely by homeowners from abroad.
