Agustine's family's new house is located in Aroor. The parents occupy the ground floor, while the son and his family live on the upper floor. The spaces are designed to cater to the tastes and needs of both generations. In keeping with the desire to create a feeling of the house having been there for ages, old tiles salvaged from the demolition of a previous structure were cleaned and reused.
Though a two-story building, the sloped roof is designed with a lower height to give the feeling of a single-story house. Instead of solid walls, a metal grill finish was used. This allows for a good view of the house's aesthetic from the outside.

The ground floor includes a sit-out, living room, dining room, kitchen, work area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an upper living room, and a balcony. The total area is 1850 square feet.

From the elevation to the interiors, the house features a unique combination of geometrical shapes, differing from commonly seen designs. The interiors follow a semi-open plan, creating a spacious feel. A key attraction in the hall is the staircase finished in yellow oxide.

Each bedroom has a different colour theme. The headboards are panelled with a mica finish. The dining and kitchen are open-plan. A breakfast counter is provided at the kitchen entrance. The kitchen cabinets are finished in ply+mica. A work area is included as well. In short, the house has become a landmark in the area. Many people visit to see this unique house.
