Neju and his family's new house in Perumbavoor is built on a narrow plot. An older house is situated nearby. The new house, built in a tropical style, interacts with this existing structure. The house espouses a combination of flat and sloped roofs, charm adding to its beauty. The car porch also uses a sloped design. The courtyard is paved with baby metal. The new house is designed to preserve the well that existed on the narrow plot.

The 2900 sq ft house includes a car porch, sit-out, formal living area, family living area, dining area, courtyard, kitchen, work area, five bedrooms, bathrooms, upper living area, and a balcony. The courtyard roof is secured with grills and toughened glass. The floor is paved with a mix of Kota stone and grass. Indoor plants decorate the space.

The seating in the formal living area features a leather finish. Vitrified tiles are used in the common areas. A lounger sofa is provided in the family living area.
