A weak immune system is often a welcome note to various diseases and severe health issues. Viruses and bacteria constantly attack our body if its ‘defences’ aren’t strong. It is vital that every person has a clear understanding about the strength of their immune system. This would help us prepare better when it comes to fighting global pandemics like COVID-19. Take note of these symptoms to know whether your immune system is weak.

Anger issues
Keep calm and take note if you think that you are irate and angry all the time. Losing your temper even for simple matters could indicate that everything is not fine with your body. A peaceful and calm mind can only dwell in a healthy body. The health related issues can surely affect your mind too. If you experience excessive anger and severe mental stress, then it would be wise to observe whether your body has been subjected to viral infections. Do not hesitate to consult a doctor if you realise that you have been suffering from constant viral and bacterial infections.

Exhaustion
