Cochin Shipyard reported a consolidated net profit of ₹187.83 crore in Q1 FY26, down 0.2 per cent from the same period a year ago. Standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, was ₹187.86 crore.

As per the company's filing with the stock exchanges, consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹1,068.59 crore, while standalone revenue was ₹977.42 crore.

Standalone expenses increased to ₹783.56 crore from ₹547.84 crore. Total income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reached ₹1,032.21 crore.

Shipbuilding segment revenue clocked in at ₹438.97 crore, while the ship repair segment generated ₹629.62 crore. Total comprehensive income for the period stood at ₹92.54 crore.

Shares of Cochin Shipyard inched up slightly by 0.18%, or by ₹3 to end at ₹1,663 on the NSE.
