Ban on leave encashment for govt staff extended till June 30

Thiruvananthapuram: The existing ban on encashing earned leave by the government employees has been extended to June 30.

The ban on surrendering earned leave is equally applicable to government employees, employees of the public sector units and teachers.

However, Last Grade employees are allowed to encash their earned leave.
