Kollam: Eravipuram Police arrested two persons on Wednesday in connection with a theft at Union Minister Suresh Gopi's house.

The suspects, Arun (18) and Shimnas (20) were taken into custody on Tuesday as part of the investigation into the thievery of old items from a shed near the minister's house.

Their arrests have been formally recorded, police said. The incident took place while Gopi's family members were away, police added. The investigation is ongoing.
