Alappuzha: A 23-year-old man died in a bike crash on MC Road, near Chengannur, late Wednesday. Vishnu, a native of Kannur, collided with a car while attempting to overtake on his way to Pandalam.

His friend, Achu, sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment. The postmortem was conducted at Vandanam Medical College Hospital, and the body was later handed over to the family.
