Kochi: Renowned artist Paris Mohan Kumar has unveiled his latest solo exhibition, Women in Nature, at the David Hall Art Gallery in Kochi, blending artistic expression with a heartfelt social mission.

The exhibition, which opened to an enthusiastic response, is more than just a showcase of Kumar’s evocative work; it also supports underprivileged communities in Wayanad. Proceeds from the opening day’s sales were used to provide school bags for tribal children in the district.

In addition, the event aims to raise funds for establishing a retail outlet in Mahe, which will ensure fair prices for Wayanad’s farmers while making organic produce more accessible to the public.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Jose Dominic, Managing Director of CGH Earth Hotels and Resorts. B R Ajith, Chairman of the Asian School of Architecture and Design Innovations, served as the chief guest. Among the standout pieces is a large-format painting completed by the artist in a single night.
