Kerala is likely to experience heavy rain over the next three days, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). A yellow alert has been issued for several districts.

  • September 26: Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki, Thrissur
  • September 27: Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod

The IMD said heavy rainfall (7 cm to 11 cm in 24 hours) is very likely at isolated places in Kerala from September 25 to September 28.
