Palluruthy: A leisure trip was organised for senior citizens from Division 13 of the Kochi Corporation, offering a refreshing day out for the elderly community.
The outing, led by Kochi Corporation Standing Committee Chairman and Councillor V A Sreejith, saw the participation of nearly 250 senior citizens. Six KSRTC buses were arranged to facilitate the day-long journey.

The trip was flagged off by noted charity worker Venugopal Vembilly. Coordination efforts were led by Jalaja Ashokan, Jalin Raj, Omana Dinesan, N P Shanthini, M R Shaji, A P Rasheed, K A Joshy, R K Chandrababu, and Sunil Ramanayya.
