Pope Leo XIV appointed Fr Antony Kattiparambil (54) as the new Bishop of Kochi Diocese on Saturday.
Fr Antony is currently serving as the Judicial Vicar of the Kochi Diocese and the Vicar of St Joseph’s Church, Kumbalam. He belongs to the St Lourdes parish in Mundamveli, Kochi.
Fr Antony was born on October 14, 1970, in Mundamveli. He is the youngest of the seven children of the late Jacob and Treesa.
