Kuruppampadi: A new village service of KSRTC, Gramavandi, has been launched through the Mudakkuzha Panchayat, funded by the Koovappadi Block Panchayat.

The service operates along the Perumbavoor–Kuruppampadi–Aimuri–Thrikkeppara–Panchayat Office–Anakkallu–Nedunganni–Meenbara–Chooramudi route. The initiative is funded using the development fund of Block Panchayat member A T Ajith Kumar. MLA Eldhose Kunnappally flagged off the service, while A T Ajith Kumar presided over the function.

District Panchayat President Manoj Moothedan, along with P P Aavarachan, Ambika Muraleedharan, Joy Pooneli, K P Varghese, Rajitha Jaimon, Joshy Thomas, Shoja Roy, Anu Abeesh, Beena Gopinath, M K Rajesh, Latanjali Murugan, Mini Babu, M G Santosh Kumar, ATO Sajan, Mathews Jose Tharakan, E P Ramesh Kumar and Fr Eldho Thattampuram, among others, spoke at the event.
