Sharafiya Fathima, a Class 7 student, has accomplished a remarkable feat by lending her voice to over 200 songs for various political coalitions during this local body election season. The 13-year-old, a native of Padaparambu in Pangu, studies at KSKM School, Cherukulambu.

Sharafiya first captured hearts with her performance on a television reality show, earning widespread recognition in Mappilappattu. She has performed at numerous venues both within the state and abroad, showcasing her exceptional talent.

The young singer is the daughter of Pathathu Sharafuddin, who works abroad, and Lamina. Having begun singing at the age of five, Sharafiya has also excelled in school youth festivals, winning several accolades for her performances.
