Kanjirappally: The Fire and Rescue Services rescued a two-and-a-half-year-old girl who was trapped in a room inside her house. Ishal, daughter of Firoz from Thenammakkal, Nariveli, Anakallu, had accidentally locked the door after entering the room.

Following this, the family members informed the Fire and Rescue Services. Since the room's windows were open, they were able to communicate with the child.

A team led by Senior Fire Officer P.A. Noufal rescued the child by opening the door's lock. The team included officials Sarath Lal, Ajmal Ashraf, Shemeer, Binu, Akhil Ayyappadas, Jishnu, and Saji.
