When an immigration officer greeted “welcome to UK, nice to meet you,” at London’s Heathrow Airport, it sounded somewhat familiar. The English are according a zestful welcome to cricket fans world over. Though the English gave birth to cricket, they have a special consideration for Indians who have monopolised the game.
