Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) joint secretary advocate Rejith Rajendran has been named manager of the Indian team for the upcoming Asia Cup.

Rejith hails from Thiruvananthapuram. He is also a qualified Level 1 umpire.

The T20 tournament will be held in the UAE from August 27 to September 11.
