Consecutive defeats for Kerala in Women’s U-19 one-dayer, lose heavily to Andhra

After consecutive wins, Kerala have lost back-to-back matches in the Women's Under-19 One-Day Trophy Elite tournament in Mumbai.
Andhra crushed Kerala by eight wickets on Friday. Kerala had lost by 23 runs to Bengal two days ago after starting with big wins over Nagaland and Saurashtra.
Andhra bundled out Kerala for 106, with B S Deepthy claiming 4/17 and Rishika Krishnan and C H Tamanna bagging two apiece. Aryananda N S top-scored with 20 for Kerala.
In response, Andhra won with 23 overs to spare, at the expense of two wickets. Setu Sai V and S V Kaushalya Bai remained unbeaten on 33 and 21 respectively. Openers Deeksha Katragadda (27) and Anjum (19) added 41. Kerala's next match is against Haryana at the BKC Ground in Mumbai on Sunday.
