KPL: SAT Tirur to meet Kerala United in final

Kannur: SAT Tirur will take on Kerala United FC in the final of the Kerala Premier League (KPL) football tournament.
SAT Tirur beat Kerala Police 2-0, while Kerala United got the better of Muthoot Football Academy by an identical margin in the second semifinal here on Thursday.

Substitute Fabeel TP put SAT Tirur ahead in the 74th minute. Muhamed Mahdi doubled the lead couple of minutes later.

Muheeb drew first blood for Kerala United in the second minute against Muthoot FA. L S Kuki made it 2-0 in the 64th minute.
