3 Keralites to represent India in FIBA 3X3 Asia Cup

Three Malayalis have been selected to the Indian teams for FIBA 3X3 Asia Cup to be held in Singapore from March 27 to 31.

Thiruvananthapuram-native Pranav Prince, who works for the Indian Bank in Chennai, is the lone Keralite in the four-member men's team.

In the women's category, two of four members are from Kerala. They are Aneesha Cleetus and Sreekala R, both representing KSEB.

Indian men's team is clubbed with Malaysia, Maldives and Macau in the qualifying round and will begin their campaign against Malaysia on March 27.

The women's side will play Northern Mariana Islands (March 27), Hong Kong and Indonesia (both March 28) in the qualifying rounds. Singapore is hosting the Asia Cup 3X3 for the third straight year.
