MG University, Kottayam clinced the women's title of All India Inter-University 3X3 Basketball Championship at St Dominic's College in Kanjirappally.

MG drubbed SRM University, Chennai, 21-4 in the final. In the men's final, Jain University, Bengaluru defeated University of Kota, 21-14.

University of Calicut took bronze in the women's category with a 21-8 win over University of Madras. SRM took third place in the men's category, defeating Bangalore City, University, 19-16.

Aaron Varghese of Jain and Akshaya Philip of MG were adjudged the Best Players. Yedla Hemalata of SRM and Jeshua Antonio of Kota won the Promising Player awards. Players selected from the championship will represent the Indian Universities team at the World 3X3 University Games in Germany.
