World Champion D Gukesh once again showed his killer dance moves as he joined his chess friends at the wedding of Grandmaster Vidit Gujrathi and Dr Nidhi Kataria.

Gukesh danced to the Bollywood song 'Badri ki dulhania' along with Tania Sachdev and other members of the chess fraternity. Indian chess great Viswanathan Anand was seen trying to channel his inner Amitabh Bachchan as 'Mein hoon don' was played.

An edited short video of Gukesh and Vishy dancing was first shared by anchor Akshay Ravindra Takalkar as an Instagram story. Gukesh was also seen dancing at a pre-wedding party alongside chess couple GM Anish Giri and IM Sopiko Guramishvili.

Gukesh had already proven himself as a good dancer before he proved himself on the global stage by beating Ding Liren to emerge the youngest World Chess Champion last December.

A video of Gukesh dancing with his family friends to popular Tamil song 'Manasilayo' went viral after his success in Singapore.

Vidit and Gukesh will in action at the Freestyle Chess Grand Slam Tour in Paris later this week. Arjun Erigaisi and R Praggnanandhaa are among the other Indians who will compete in a strong field headlined by World No. 1 Magnus Carlsen in Paris from April 7 to 14.
