The men’s and women’s national ranking tennis tournament for Naushad Mather Memorial Trophy will be held at three venues in Kochi from January 18 to 25.

The Regional Sports Centre, Lotus Club, and Rama Varma Club are the venues for the event jointly organised by the Ernakulam District Tennis Association and the Kerala Tennis Association. The event offers a total prize money of Rs 10 lakh.

The top billing for the men's and women's categories are J Vishnu Vardhan from Telangana and Pooja Ingale from Maharashtra respectively.

The tournament will have a closed qualifying draw of 64 players for the men’s category and 48 players for the women’s category. Eight qualifiers from each category will play the main draw starting January 20.
