Hello
In an interview to Manorama, ex-judge Kemal Pasha assesses the state of affairs in Kerala under the LDF dispensation
What Cheriyan said was unbecoming of any literate person and a violation of oath of office as minister, said former Kerala High Court Judge B Kemal Pasha.
The United Democratic Front is in touch with Pasha as the early short-listing of candidates for the 140 constituencies in Kerala are on.
Pasha, who retired as a judge of the Kerala High Court in May 2018, said he was given armed police security after the investigating agencies found he was one of the targets of the people arrested in connection with 2016 Kanakamala IS terror module case.
The retired justice said it's wrong to waste the court's time and the public's money on this issue.
Kemal Pasha observed that there was no need for litigation over an age-old practice.
Kemal Pasha said that the bishop not being subjected to medical examination was proof of this nexus.
