Actress Amala Paul keeps her Instagram account always active, posting mostly photos of her travels to exotic destinations rather than those related to films. Each of Amala's pictures attracts thousands of likes in no time.

The latest trip of the 'Happy-go-lucky' girl was to Indonesia and an image of her enjoying a swing at the beach had gone viral. The picture was shot at Nusa Ceningan island between Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida Islands at the southern tip of Bali where Amala celebrated her birthday on October 26. While posting that photo, the star had thanked everyone who supported her.

Another picture that went viral shows Amala celebrating Halloween with a foreign lady. Clicked at the famed La Favela in Bali which is known as an 'Instagrammable bar and restaurant', the photo has Amala in a black leather blouse and red streaks of paint on both cheeks.

The latest photo posted by the versatile actress shows her enjoying a 'flower bath'. She is immersed in a bathtub filled with roses and champak flowers while her bare back faces the camera. A tattoo is also clearly visible on Amala's back. She has captioned the photo as, “Sometimes you've got to pamper the glowdess within you.”

Benefits of flower bath

Flower bath is a celebration with flowers and its advantages vary according to the flowers used. When the spa is filled with roses, it helps hydrates the skin. On the other hand, lavender calms the mind, offering you a relief from mental stress. Meanwhile, lotus flowers soften the skin.

Attractions in Bali

One of the most beautiful places on Earth, the Indonesian island of Bali attracts travellers from around the world. A green paradise, Bali is also famous for the hospitality of the local people.

A unique mix of temples, beaches, volcanoes, farmlands and water bodies makes Bali popular among all types of tourists. Adventure activities like scuba diving and snorkelling are also available on the island.

Ideal time to visit

Visitors from several countries, including India, can avail the visa-on-arrival facility which is offered free of cost to lure travellers. It is no surprise that tourism is the biggest source of income for Bali.

Big rush is seen on the island during the months of July and August, Easter holidays and Christmas-New Year festivities which last from December to the first week of January. A trip either before or after these peak periods would help avoid the crowds. Considering aspects like weather and costs, the ideal time for a Bali tour is during April, May, June and September.
