The tourism industry is finally heaving a sigh of relief after a prolonged dry spell this year. And the usual tourist destinations have upped their game and are providing attractive packages. Take for instance this Konni-Adavi-Gavi tour package that sounds exciting.

The elephants are housed in giant wooden cages and they take special care of baby elephants who get separated from their herd. The training methods are traditional, and their daily routine includes morning walks, long baths, and specific diets. The Kotta vanchi ride/Coracle boating

With a 5-km stretch widened by the Kallar River, Adavi offers you a charming boat ride in those quaint basket boats. You can opt for short and long rides and the scenery is best in Monsoon.

You can see the plantation towns of Vandiperiyar, Peerumedu, Kuttikanam, Mundakayam, Erumeli, Ranni before reaching Konni for a later dinner. If you are travelling by group, per person will be charged anywhere between Rs 1800 to 1900 while those travelling solo will be charged 2000 bucks that includes travel fees, food, Kottavanchi safari and Boating.
