Boating and fishing

The entry to the aqua centre begins at 10:30am. The visitors can roam around and enjoy the various facilities at the centre until 7pm. The centre offers a number of attractive packages too. Extensive and safe boating facilities are the highlight of this centre. The visitors can choose from a variety of rides including rowing boats, coracle boats, peddle boats and country boats.

Besides, they can enjoy fishing nets like koruvala, cheenavala or Chinese nets or fishing rods. Rs 200 would be additionally charged to use the fishing rods. The visitors can purchase the fish that they catch by paying the market price of it.

Indoor and outdoor fun

Lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment activities have been arranged at the Paayal Aqua Life for the visitors. From board games like ludo and chess to sports like carrom boards, badminton, volleyball, cricket, football and archery, there is an array of activities. Besides, there is a separate play area for the kids. If you feel like resting, you can lounge around at the small huts that function as rest houses. Moreover, artificial rainfall and snowfall too have been arranged here to entertain the guests.

At the Paayal Auqa Life you can even enjoy the unique experience of playing football in the rain. However, do not forget to carry an additional pair of clothes and a shower cap in case you wish to try this. The visitors can enjoy all these facilities, without any restrictions, until the check out time mentioned in the package that they choose. However, boating services are time bound as there is often long queues in front of the counters here.

Exciting packages

Delicious food too is part of the packages that are offered at Paayal. The package that begins at 10:30am and ends at 4:30pm starts with a refreshing welcome drink. Tea, chicken cutlets and French fries are served at 11 am. For lunch, they serve an elaborate spread of chicken perattu, fish curry and beef coconut fry and ice cream for dessert. The package ends after serving the evening tea.

Meanwhile, in the package from 12pm to 7pm, boiled tapioca is served with fish curry and black tea as an evening snack. Both these packages charge Rs 999 per person. Besides, there are two more packages of Rs 599 each. One of them begins at 3pm and ends at 7pm while the other one starts 12pm and lasts until 3pm. In the first one, besides the welcome drink, there is the evening meal of boiled tapioca and fish curry. Meanwhile, lunch is included in the second package. Roasted pearl spot would be specially prepared, on order, for those who are interested to try it out. A plate of roasted pearl spot costs Rs 300.

Entry is free for children below five years. Besides, entry is allowed for only those who book in advance. Alcohol consumption and smoking aren’t allowed inside the centre. Paayal Aqua Farm is located at Manattuparambil in the beautiful countryside of Vypin. This indeed is an amazing place to spend a relaxing day with your family.
