The zip line ride which was stalled at Karaladu has been reinstated and is expected to give an impetus to tourism prospects of the area. The visitors can also enjoy an amazing raft ride which is a latest addition to the tourism facilities here. One can enjoy a thrilling zip line ride across the water body and have a peaceful ride back to the banks in the raft.
Tourists who come in groups can enjoy the ride together in the 20-seater raft made with bamboo. Though there are pedal and paddle boats here, the new raft in which a group of people can enjoy the ride together would be a unique experience. A ride in the raft would be the perfect way to enjoy the beauty of the pristine lake in all its glory.
The zip line project in Karaladu is part of the adventure tourism project here. Tourists weren't allowed to take the zip line ride for the last few months owing to various reasons. This had severely affected the tourism sector of the area as there had been a significant drop in the number of tourists visiting Karaladu. The zip line ride across the lake was definitely the most attractive feature which drew hundreds of tourists.
Tourism and adventure enthusiasts hope that Karaladu would regain its lost glory with the return of the zip line. The tourists would be allowed to take the ride as soon as the zip line works are done and the engineering section completes its inspection. It is hoped that all the procedures would be completed by the end of the week.
